It is a solid Bow with a Crit stat bonus and several other DMG bonuses, making it an amazing option for some of the main DPS units that can use a Bow.

Here are the Astral Vulture's Crimson Plumage's stats and passive effects at Level 90 R1:

• Base ATK: 608
• Second stat: 66.2% CRIT DMG
• Passive: For 12s after triggering a Swirl reaction, ATK increases by 24%. In addition, when 1/2 or more characters in the party are of a different Elemental Type from the equipping character, the DMG dealt by the equipping character's Charged Attack is increased by 20%/48% and Elemental Burst DMG is increased by 10%/24%.

The Astral Vulture's Crimson Plumage has a decent Base ATK for a 5-star weapon with a fairly high CRIT DMG second stat bonus. This alone makes it a good stat stick for nearly every Bow user in the game.

Meanwhile, the Astral Vulture's Crimson Plumage's passive significantly increases the wielder's ATK after they trigger a Swirl reaction. Furthermore, if the wielder is paired with one or two characters from different elements, their Charged Attack and Elemental Burst DMG increases.
