Greedfall

Greedfall features a fast and fluid combat system. The players will be given the freedom to choose their starting class which ranges from - Warrior (melee build which specializes in sword combat), Mage (specializes in various kinds of spells and magic which depletes mana) and Technical (more like a rogue build which focuses on laying traps and using potions to gain a tactical advantage over their enemies.)

There is no level cap in Greedfall so players can mix and match various classes and abilities as they progress further in the game. According to the devs, players will have finished most of the activities the game has to offer by the time they reach level 40-50, which is a decent number.

Players will find a lot of points of interest while exploring the magical island of Teer Fradee. Question marks like the ones found in the games like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt can be found scattered throughout the game map which may lead to a battle or maybe the location of a lost treasure waiting to be found.

Speaking of battles, Greedfall will also feature a number of boss battles, some during the main quests and some you can randomly stumble upon while exploring the game's flora. All the mythical creatures are intricately designed to look different and provide a unique combat encounter.

Greedfall also features a tactical pause system like the ones found in Dragon Age games, where players can pause to really take in the view of the battlefield and strategize accordingly. This feature wasn't necessarily needed in a game that features real-time combat but serves as a fun addition as it really deepens the combat.

This is everything you need to know about Greedfall which launches September 10 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
