Class: Mage

Khadgar is another card who is a card as well as a Hero Portrait. Khadgar is cheap, 2-cost minion which has a very powerful effect. He synergizes extremely well with the Twinspell card Conjurer's calling, giving you 4 extra minions. This is especially strong if those minions are high cost minions.

It's worth crafting Conjurer's Calling and Power of Creation if you don't have these cards and want to play this deck archetype. Many pros such as Kibler and Kripp have played this deck with a lot of success. Khadgar carries this already powerful deck well because of its cheap cost and powerful effect.

#1. Archivist Elysiana

Class: Neutral

Archivist Elysiana is a card that has been seeing a surprising amount of play. It is perhaps the best Neutral Legendary from the Rise of Shadows set. The card is a really effective counter against Bomb Warrior, which shuffles explosive bombs into your deck.

She is also very effective during the Fatigue stages where you need answers at a later stage. She has a very fun effect as well, although it may be a little RNG dependent. She is definitely not a "must craft" but she is a great Legendary that will still be good as later expansions drop.
