#6 Wild Bloodstinger
Since Dirty Rat was a thing, players have been begging for "hand disruption" cards or moving Dirty Rat to Classic. Since that never happened, Wild Bloodstinger is the closest we have gotten to the hand disruption mechanic.
At 9 health, Wild Bloodstinger can survive many minions. It is incredible against Highlander decks who run card such as Reno, Khadgar, Zephrys (ok, almost always Mage). It is not always effective but ruining a combo or taking away an effect can be devastating to the opponent.
There are not many combo decks in the current meta, but Wild Bloodstinger can still be incredibly useful.
#5 Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron
The Yogg-Saron effect was one of the best things Blizzard introduced in Hearthstone. Yogg-Saron used to stop after being removed from the board. But there is no spell limit with Puzzle Box (only the class limit of Mage). It will cast 10 random spells without having to stop.
Although the effect of Puzzle Box is too random to be competitive or useful, it can still be a saving grace or a lethal setup if it works in your favour. Puzzle Box is used in many Highlander Mage decks but it's a great card on it's own as well. With an active Kalecgos, it can even cost 0!
