There isn't much I can guide you on this except that hold a pistol in your inventory, knock out an enemy and finish him off with the pistol.

The pistol that does the most damage is the Legendary Dual Pistol with a DPS of 170.2 . This uses medium ammo and is very handy in eliminating enemies.
