Hellblade 2 Senua's Saga is an anomaly, not only as a flagship Xbox title boasting an incredibly brief campaign but also as something that started its journey as a PlayStation exclusive. The original Hellblade, before making its way to Xbox One and Series consoles, was initially released as a PlayStation console exclusive, alongside Windows PC.
As such, it's only natural that some players might expect to see the sequel make its way to PlayStation consoles alongside other platforms. However, given that Hellblade 2 Senua's Saga is developed as an Xbox console exclusive, it's highly unlikely the game would make its way to PlayStation on launch.
Although, there's a very high possibility that Hellblade 2 might eventually be available on PlayStation 5 (and also the rumored PS5 Pro).

Hellblade 2 Senua's Saga isn't available on PlayStation at launch, but might eventually make its way there
Hellblade 2 Senua's Saga was first showcased in 2019, and many expected the game to be an Xbox Series X|S launch title. From the very start of the development life cycle, the game aimed at delivering a more robust narrative-driven experience, taking everything fans liked about the original and iterating as well as evolving on it.
The original title, Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice, was one of the most unique single-player experiences of 2017, which was genuinely impressive since that year also saw the release of titles like Horizon Zero Dawn, Wolfenstein 2 The New Colossus, Assassin's Creed Origins, and The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild.
While the original title was released as a PS4 exclusive, Ninja Theory was eventually bought by Microsoft right when the studio was in pre-production with Hellblade 2, resulting in the sequel being developed as an Xbox exclusive. However, if you look forward to playing the game on PS5, you might not be completely out of luck.
Recently, Xbox released a few of their first-party titles to PlayStation, including Sea of Thieves and last year's surprise hit, Hi-Fi Rush. Rumors of titles like Starfield and even Forza scheduled to arrive on PS5 in the future are also circulating. As such, it's quite likely that Hellblade 2 Senua's Saga might eventually arrive on PS5.
