Microsoft states Forza Motorsport 6 will not disappoint

Forza Motorsport 6 will feature the Ford GT Super Car

Microsoft has promised that their upcoming Forza Motorsport 6 will not be a disappointment for gamers. Social Marketing Manager, Graeme Boyd, and Global Director of Games Marketing, Aaron Greenberg spoke briefly about the upcoming racing video game on the Rectify Gaming Podcast recently. Here’s what the duo said about Forza Motorsport 6:

“Stay tuned on that one. There will be lots of Forza news to come, and Turn 10 in particular is good at communicating with the community when they have stuff to talk about. From what I’ve seen, no one is gonna be disappointed about that game.”

Boyd did not reveal a release window for the game but he did assure fans that Motorsport 6 will not be a disappointment. Fans of the series are also hoping for the same after the disaster that was Forza Motorsport 5. Many complained about the games overuse of DLC and lack of content, though they did praise its gameplay and graphics. Hopefully, Microsoft will learn from its mistakes when it comes to Forza Motorsport 6, especially given that the game is not a launch title anymore.

This wasn’t the case with Forza Motorsport 5, which was a launch title for the Xbox One console. It is likely that developers Turn 10 had very little time to complete the game, which would explain why Motorsport 5 had less tracks and cars compared to Motorsport 4.

Forza Motorsport 6 was revealed at the Detroit Auto Show and will feature the Ford GT Supercar. Greenberg has listed the games release during this year’s Holiday Season.
