League of Legends patch 13.11 will be introducing an extensive number of balance changes to the game, which will target many champions and items with updates. Some of the biggest highlights of the patch will be the buffs making their way to Akali, Kalista, Rek’Sai, and Renekton.

That said, there will be a fair bit of nerfs this time, and picks like Aurelion Sol, Aphelios, and Jinx will have their kit toned down considerably.

Rell adjustments are also on the cards, along with item buffs like Statikk Shiv and Kraken Slayer. On the other hand, Ardent Censor and Youmuu’s Ghostblade will also be receiving nerfs.

When talking about the League of Legends patch 13.11 preview, Riot Games stated:

“First follow up to our Midseason Patch! Tuning a bunch of outlier champions and systems for our initial patch and expect small tunings in following patches. We saw good shifts in classes, with Tank and Fighters on the radar once the strong Assassin/Mage classes have settled. Overall tough to judge initial ADC strength with the plethora of builds, especially when tuning some of the very powerful items (Galeforce, Stormrazer).”

Before moving on to the list of changes, it’s important to note that the proposed updates are tentative and may not reflect entirely in the final patch next week. Riot Games will test them in the League of Legends PBE before officially shipping them with the new update.

1) Champion buffs

  • Akali
  • Azir
  • Ivern
  • Kalista
  • Rek’Sai
  • Renekton
  • Twisted Fate

Akali and Azir have been underperforming quite a bit recently, hence, Riot will be giving them some quality of life to help them make their way back to the meta.

2) Champion nerfs

  • Aurelion Sol
  • Amumu
  • Aphelios
  • KogMaw
  • Jinx

Aphelios and Jinx have been the most dominant ADCs during the 2023 MSI, so it doesn’t come as much of a surprise that Riot will be nerfing them in 13.11.

3) Champion Adjustments

  • Rell

4) System buffs

  • Duskblade of Drakthar
  • Kraken Slayer
  • Moonstone Renewer
  • Navori Quickblades
  • Statikk Shiv

5) System nerfs

  • Ardent Censor
  • Echoes of Helia
  • Galeforce
  • Youmuu’s Ghostblade
  • Stormrazer
