Xbox Partner Preview showcase announced: Date and timings, where to watch, and more

Microsoft has announced a brand-new Xbox Partner Preview event. Set for October 17, 2024, it will be centered around upcoming games from third-party studios. This includes major names such as Remedy Entertainment's Alan Wake 2 Lake House DLC expansion and Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii from RGG Studios.

Airing on October 17, 2024, the showcase will be 25 minutes long and feature trailers from many hotly anticipated games from popular publishers for Xbox and PC platforms. Here's when fans will be able to watch it depending on their region:

What to expect from Xbox Partner Preview?

As per the highlight trailer, fans can look forward to the debut gameplay for Alan Wake 2's much anticipated Lake House expansion which adds extra story content for fans of Remedy's gripping supernatural horror shooter that was released last year.

The other highlight is SEGA's Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, the upcoming spin-off from RGG Studios which is set to star the beloved Goro Majima who has become a pirate after being lost at sea and arriving on the coasts of Hawaii.

There will be more to come, such as the upcoming Chinese Soulslike Wuchang: Fallen Feathers from 505 Games and other interesting games when the Xbox Partner Preview show goes live.
