The awaited game Call Of Duty: Advance Warfare is less than a month away from release now and this online shooter game will undoubtedly be the most played game this Holiday season. Call of Duty: Ghost has made such an impression on the gamers that to balance this next series, Sledgehammer Games have said that they have worked very hard. It will have a balanced class but less exploits than previous years.
Michael Condrey of the Sledgehammer Games stated that, “We’ve done some things to make sure snipers are not able to take advantage of their properties – for example, there are attachments based on weapon classes that are specific. The ability to quick-draw with an assault rifle is important, but you don’t want to have the ability to quick-draw with a sniper rifle because that lends itself to being a faster, quick-scope model… We spent a lot of time trying to focus on it so I think sniper class players will find that it’s a really rewarding experience, but it won’t be over-powered relative to their peers,” in a recent interview.
The developers have taken a hard line on Quick Scoping, a popular way to play Call of Duty games in the past, which had the gamers taking advantage of quick draw perks with sniper rifles.
These changes are likely to affect a small part of the game and to those who play the Advance Warfare. Gamers who are used to the Quick Scoping play style wil have a bit of trouble at first. Apart from this Condrey says that the same 60 frames per second, low latency FPS gameplay makes up the core foundation for the game. When talking about changes, Condrey says “it’s been a real challenge because we want to innovate in a massive way and thrill fans, but not alienate them by breaking what makes Call of Duty great.”
