The critically acclaimed Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty will be releasing for the Xbox One, and PlayStation 3 in March this year. The game launched on the PlayStation 4 last year and will now be making its way to the Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and PC platforms eight months after its initial release.

Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty is a remake of 1997 PlayStation cult game Oddworld: Abe’s Odyssey. It follows the protagonist Abe, a Mudokon slave who attempts to escape the Rupture Farms and free his fellow slaves. New ‘n’ Tasty features updated graphics and new areas for players to explore as well as online leaderboards for speed-runs, Achievements to collect, and a Quicksave and Load feature. The game is sure to please fans, both old and new.

The game will be making its way to the PC, Linux , and Mac on February 25th for the price of $20. Pre-ordering New ‘n’ Tasty on Steam will get you a 10% discount on your purchase. Xbox One and PlayStation 3 owners will have to wait a tad bit longer to get their hands on the game. Developers Just Add Water are yet to announce a release date for the Wii U and PS Vita versions of the game.

A member of the development team has told Videogamer that "Work continues on the Wii U and PlayStation Vita versions."

"Converting our bespoke code, physics, highly detailed art assets and complex audio engines for the two formats from the PlayStation 4 and PC base continues to present engineering challenges relating to performance and memory, but recent progress is encouraging as we strive to make every iteration of New 'n' Tasty the perfect fit for the platform. We'll have more to share on the remaining versions in due course."
