PMCO 2019 Fall Split Global Finals, one of the biggest PUBG Mobile tournaments, is set to begin on 29th November. The three-day event will see 16 teams from different countries competing for the trophy and a prize pool of 500,000 USD.

Kurd Squad is a Kurdish PUBG Mobile Team from the Autonome Region Kurdistan. They won the Middle East & North Africa Regional Finals with 142 points with two chicken dinners and 71 kills.

Current Achievements

Kurd Squad began their competitive run in June 2019. PMCO Spring Split 2019 was their first tournament. Here's the list of their recent achievements:

  • 1st in PUBG Mobile Club Open - Fall Split: MENA
  • 9th in PUBG Mobile Club Open - Fall Split: MENA Semi-Finals
  • 6th in PUBG Mobile Club Open - Fall Split: MENA Group Stage
  • 15th in PUBG Mobile Club Open - Spring Split Global Finals
  • 2nd in PUBG Mobile Club Open - Spring Split: Middle East

Current Line-Up

Kurd squad's active roster includes:

  • RunZhir Zaito Ezzalddin: Commonly known as 'KRAKEN', will be playing his first tournament with Kurd Squad. Hailing from the United Kingdom, KRAKEN is looking to leave a mark on big stage.
  • Maad Ali Ashkar: Popularly known as 'HixYE', he is from Iraq. He joined the team just before PMCO Fall Split 2019.
  • Kozhir Akram Karim: Recognized as 'BABY', he joined the team with HixYE and is also from Iraq.
  • Ameer Khaleel Hassan: Commonly known by his IGN Ari721, he is a part of the team from the time of its inception. He has a huge fan following with around 20.1k followers on Instagram.

In the Middle East Regional Final, Kurd Squad gained the 2nd spot by securing 212 points, and 55 kills with two chicken dinners. They had to play PMCO Spring Split Prelims 2019 where they bagged 16th spot with just 57 points. However, Kird Squad made a noteworthy comeback in the PMCO Fall Split 2019.

In the MENA Regional Finals 2019, SWAT69 was on the verge of qualifying for the Global Finals. Kurd Squad's commendable performance with two chicken dinners and 49 kills in the last four games uplifted their points and placed them at par with SWAT69. KURD Squad will stand a fair chance to with the Global Finals if they continue their aggresive gameplay.
