PUBG Mobile India Series 2019: Complete Schedule, Important Dates & More

PUBG Mobile is the only game which is trending at the top since it was released for the first time. This 1.3 Gigabytes mobile game has a lot of fan following including men and women of all ages. When you roam around in metro, roads, or parks, there is a very high probability that someone is busy killing enemies or just finished his chicken dinner.

Analyzing this huge fan base, Tencent Corporation has decided to launch the PUBG Mobile India Series 2019 - a tournament where anyone can register and get a chance to win 1 crore INR as prize money. The tournament will soon be going to begin by the end of this month. However, the registrations will be opened till 23 January.

Schedule of the Tournament

Registration = 09 January – 23 January

First Qualifier Round = 21 January – 27 January

Second Qualifier Round (Online Playoffs) = 10 February 24 February

First Round of Playoffs = 10 February – 15 February

Second Round of Playoffs = 16 February – 19 February

Third Round of Playoffs = 21 February – 24 February

Grand Finals = March

Shortlist of Participating Teams

You must be wondering if PUBG Mobile is so famous in India and considering the population of the country then there might be millions of users registered. Well, it can be true. The team managing the tournament will shortlist the users as per the schedule of the game.

First Qualifier Round

15 Classic Squad Rounds (10 best rounds taken into consideration to qualify for the second round)

Criteria to Qualify: Kill count, Rank, Survival time, Accuracy, Team Play, and more.

Second Qualifier Round (Playoffs)

First Round of Playoffs = Top 2000 squads will be divided into 100 groups of 20 squads each (Top 4 of each group qualify to next round)

Second Round of Playoffs = 400 Squads divided into 20 groups of 20 squads each

Third Round of Playoffs = 80 Squads divided into 4 groups of 20 squads each

GRAND FINALE = Top 5 squads will compete with each other for 1 crore prize money
