PUBG Mobile v0.16.0: Here's all you need to know about the upcoming Rage Gear Mode

Tencent Games, the developers of PUBG Mobile, have finally opened their beta testing phase of the PUBG Mobile 0.16.0 version. With the release of this new beta update, a bunch of new features have been spotted in the game, which will make the game even more enjoyable.

First, Let's take a quick look at what new stuff is coming in the PUBG Mobile 0.16.0 update.

So these are the new features that are going to be pushed in the game servers after 0.16.0 content update.

Rage Gear Mode

Recently, PUBG Mobile teased their new upcoming mode in 0.16.0 update known as "RageGear Mode". This mode is basically Death Race Mode in which two teams will fight with each other in a pair of two players. The main objective of the players is to burst the vehicle of the enemy team by using weapons mounted on the car or of their own choice.

Before the start of the round, players can choose between three vehicles - UAZ, Buggy and Dacia, to fight in a circular map. Along with this, players can repair their vehicle by passing through specific points on the map. The team who will burst a particular number of cars first will be the winner of the match.

As of now, PUBG Mobile has confirmed that this mode will feature two more different types of modes - "Rage Gear Death Race" and "Rage Gear Pickup Mode".

This update will arrive on 11th December, so the servers may be kept under maintenance for some time before the update.
