The recent venture of Worms creator Team17 ( developed by Mouldy Toof studios ), The Escapists is a new adventurous game that portrays the players as a cell inmate who are plotting to break out the prison. The game will be available for download for Xbox One consoles starting from February 13th. As evident from the version of the game available on Steam it is quite an eventful way of experiencing a slice of thrill of the prison underbelly.
The game consists of six different prisons and six innovative ways of escaping the prison (which includes the classic digging your way out of the prison!). Since inmates in a prison are forced to work in odd jobs the game provides this experience through Metal Shop, Wood Work and Gardener.
Out of the games 200 items 50 of them are designed to help the players escape from the prison like cutters and shovels. Items include objects of pleasure and everyday need such as sock mace and cup of molten chocolate.
