Retro City Rampage: DX coming to PS4, MAC with Cross-Buy

Retro City Rampage: DX the updated version of Retro City Rampage for the Nintendo 3DS was released by VBlank Entertainment earlier this year, now it's due next week on PS4, PS3, Vita and Wii, developer Brian Provinciano has announced. This version of the game included new features and tweaks over the original, which are shown in the above video.

The PC, Mac, Wii and Xbox 360 versions of Retro City Rampage will get the updated DX version at no additional cost. The PC and Mac versions even offer Cross Buy support. The release date is yet to be confirmed, but Provinciano noted that they've gone gold and should hopefully be out next week as well.

The PlayStation versions will debut on 11th November in North America and the following day in Europe.WiiWare will get the game on November 13th.

It will be a free update for everyone who owns their respective version, and the PlayStation edition will now be Cross-Buy between the PS3, Vita, and PS4 with Cross-Save in tow. The entire game has been reworked in addition to extra checkpoints and visual options, so definitely check it out if you couldn't get into it before.

Retro City Rampage has sold over 400K units across all platforms since its October 2012 launch. Should see what buzz will this version create.
