#2.Skill Tree.

Instead of levelling up your stats like in Dark Souls or Bloodborne, Sekiro adopts a more popular means of levelling up which are Skill Trees.

Once the XP bar is full, Players gain 1 skill point on various skills suitable to their playstyle. The entire Skill tree hasn't been revealed yet though it will contain attributes such as Samurai Arts, Combat arts as well upgrades for Sekiro's prosthetic arm.

There will also be skill tree assigned to develop a more stealth based character indulging in making the character more of a Shinobi with upgrades like carrying more Shuriken, etc.

Or the players can find a middle ground and have a hybrid of a ninja and samurai type character. Sounds pretty cool right?

#3.Sekiro's Safe Hub-The Dilapidated Temple.

The Dilapidated Temple is your safe house in Sekiro where there are no enemies and the players can upgrade their character there.

Along with talking to NPCs and levelling up, Sekiro's Safe hub is also a host to a test dummy, a character known as The Immortal Soldier which will teach the players different combat moves just like in Nioh.

This is actually a great way to practise and learn new combat styles and gain expertise rather than dying by the hands of enemies.
