Battlefront to be released for Holiday ‘15

Electronic Arts (EA) announced in twitter that Star Wars: Battlefront will be released for Holiday ‘15. The exact release date is not confirmed still, but fans can safely expect to play the game by next year Christmas, as EA have released many of their games during that time. EA might also have planned to release the game during the release of the movie Star Wars: Episode VII, directed by J.J. Abrams, which is planned to hit the screens by December 18, 2015.

EA have already postponed the release of Battlefield Hardline for early March 2015, and Battlefield 5 is said to be on the cards for 2016 release. So, Star Wars: Battlefront is shaping up to be their second major shooter game in the year 2015, after the Hardline.

The details about the game will be released sooner maybe during VFX along with the first footage of the game. But given the history of EA, the game might also be lauched earlier during the month of either October or November. Till then, May the Force be with you!.
