Tekken 7 News: New gameplay trailer reveals release date for Julia and Negan

Tekken 7's latest DLC characters are set to arrive soon. Throughout Season 2, players have already received four characters. Back on September 6th, along with some new game mechanics, Tekken brought Anna Williams and Lei Wulong to the roster. December 3rd brought us the rivals Craig Marduk and Armor King (II).

Now, the next two DLC characters for the latest installment of the Tekken series have a release date. In just a few weeks, Bandai Namco will release long-time series combatant Julia Chang and Negan, who was announced as an upcoming character back at EVO 2018 when the Season 2 trailer dropped.

It's been six long months since then, but now the bat swinging leader of the Saviors is ready to crack the skulls of the other fighters.

In the latest gameplay trailer, it's revealed that both Negan and Julia would be joining the battle on February 28th. Check out the trailer below:

Negan's playing style will, of course, focus on swinging Lucille, the barbed-wire-wrapped baseball bat, with reckless abandon.

Julia, officially retiring from her career as masked professional wrestler Jaycee to become a live-streamer, returns to her project to reforest Arizona. She's gone through quite an interesting redesign to show this, dropping her classic look for a more modern look, while sporting clothes that help promote her project. In order to accomplish her goals, she plans on streaming all of her fights and adventures throughout the tournament.

Most Tekken fans would be eager to pick up Julia and Negan on February 28th.
