terraria

The developers at 505 games have recently announced the release of the popular sandbox adventure game,Terraria, to next- gen consoles this month.

Terraria is similar to the popular Minecraft, but is set in a 2D side-scrolling perspective. The game comes with tons of content, features and over a 1000 new recipes added to the original console game. This vast content allows continuous hours of gameplay, as players can dig to ends of the earth and craft with anything that they discover. The crafting system will allow you to make such things as armor, weapons and numerous other items. As a player, you can explore vast and vivacious worlds while trying to survive treacherous peril, while fighting hundreds of magical and deadly foes. In addition to this, you will also have to battle the powerful final bosses. In total, there are over 1,300 crafting recipes, 150 enemies and 15 bosses to battle.

Also, Playstation 4 players will be able to cross-play with Playstation 3 and Playstation VITA versions of the game, either teaming up or battling against. This allows a much more wider PSN community than before. As an added bonus, the PS VITA version of Terraria will be bundled free with the PS4 version for a limited period during its launch.

Terraria will be available on November 11th for PS4 in North America and on November 12th in Europe. The Xbox One version will be released worldwide on November 14th.
