Reigns: Game of Thrones is a spin-off game from the Reigns series. In the Reigns games, the player controls a king or queen and you are expected to make decisions based on cards that pop up from the screen.
At first, I was not sold on this type of game. It is relatively simplistic and doesn't have the features of an open world where you can slay Lannisters or Freefolk or ride a dragon. The gameplay of Reigns: Game of Thrones is surprisingly immersive and not as basic as it looks out to be.
The game also features mini-games such as jousting and tavern brawls. Make the wrong choice and you're dead. The game allows you to play as multiple characters which are progressively unlocked as you play.
