God Of War(2018)

2018 has been a phenomenal year for gaming with some spectacular releases.

For me 2017 was a little lukewarm with titles of only specific genres being released, that doesn't happen here. 2018 had something for every gamer and before you guys make your holiday purchases, here's our list of Top 10 games to help you decide what to buy.

Keep in mind that these games are not in serial order because all of them are good in their own way and offers a quality experience in their own way.

Without blabbering anymore, let's just get right into it.

#10. Assassin's Creed Odyssey.

Ubisoft
Ubisoft

Ubisoft's next grand adventure in the Assasin's Creed explore the vast and beautiful open world of Ancient Greece. Featuring two protagonists to choose from, branching dialogues, an immersive family drama, and the most flexible combat style ever seen in any Assassin's Creed game, Odyssey is a complete package.

It offers multiple side quests and adventures that will keep you engaged for 100+ hours.

It is available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

The game has a Metacritic score of 87/100.

#9.Far Cry 5.

Ubisoft
Ubisoft

Ubisoft likes to play safe with the Far Cry series with subtle changes here and there in every entry and let me you tell the latest entry doesn't disappoint.

Far Cry 5's open world takes you adventuring in Hope County, a fictional American town based on real-life Montana. It feels vastly similar in mechanics when compared to its predecessors but Hope County has its own charm.

Its open world and mission structure feel very organic and realistic, unlike the traditional Ubisoft games. It offers some fun whacky side missions and a lot of exploring.

Of course, it wouldn't be a Far Cry game with a crazy Narcissist of villain after your head and Far Cry 5's Joesph Seed ain't fooling around.

The game is available on the PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

It has a Metacritic score of 82/100.
