RDR 1 is one of the best open world game of all time, the only thing that comes close to its surpassing and one way actually does is this game - RDR 2.

It took Rockstar games 8 years to make this game and the wait has definitely been worth it.

It tells the story of a group of outlaws at a time when the Wild West is almost dead.

It's huge and detailed world is almost too surreal to believe and trust me it takes a while to get used to.

It is probably the most realistic open world game ever made where you have to keep tab of even the slightest of things-which includes washing your clothes, growing your beard to stylise it or even brewing coffee at the camp to drink.

Add that to Rockstar game's finest storytelling to date with relatable characters and top-notch gameplay and you get the game of the generation.

The game is currently available on the PS4 and Xbox One.

It has a Metacritic score of 97/100.

#1. God Of War.

God of War is a tribute to every other single player game out there.

It is so bold in its vision, so firm in it's gameplay, so picturesque in its visuals and so strong in its storytelling and characters that there's no beating this game.

In other words, God Of War has finally matured and I, I can't wait for the game's next entry.

From its Levithian Axe slaying every entity in the game, to every little story told by Memir-The smartest man alive, to every silly yet fun Dad-son conversation between Kratos and Atreus, and to that subtle orchestral - Norse inspired soundtrack which even now I can't get out of my head.

God Of War is a living proof of how a modern single-player video game should be.

The game is exclusively available on the PS4.

It has a Metacritic score of 94/100.
