Warframe is a third person co-op game which is completely free to play! In the game, you play as a member of an alien race called the Tenno, along with other players who are the same race. The Tenno wake up to find themselves in a war with many factions across the galaxy.
The game includes a PvE campaign, where they can co-op with 4 other players and complete missions. PvE missions grant XP bonuses, upgrades to their system called a "Warframe" and in-game currency called Platinum.
There is also an online PvP mode where players can battle other online players for rewards. The game is monetized by providing items that normally requires the player to grind and by providing Platinum for real life currency. The in-game purchases are purely cosmetic and do not affect gameplay.
