Wartorn: Early-access release date, platforms, and PC system requirements

Developed by Stray Kite Studios, Wartorn is an upcoming real-time strategy title that will enter its early-access stage starting June 17, 2025. While the release date of the complete game has not been revealed yet, it will be a PC exclusive at launch, available only on Windows.

What this means is that Wartorn won't be available on consoles like the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, or the upcoming Switch 2. However, given that its system requirements aren't extremely demanding, it's likely the game will be compatible with handheld gaming devices, such as the Steam Deck, Asus ROG Ally, Legion GO, and MSI Claw.

To play Wartorn, you will need at least 8GB of RAM. For the smoothest possible experience, though, you are recommended to use 16GB RAM or above.

Similarly, to play the game on the minimum settings, you will need the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 580. If you want to play it on the best possible settings, though, you will need the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 or AMD Radeon RX 5600 and above.
