Watch Dogs multiplayer to include open world for 8 players

Ubisoft is set to introduce a 8-player open world multiplayer into it’s latest game, Watch Dogs. Watch Dogs will feature free roam multiplayer for up to eight players in it open world.

As per IGN, Ubisoft creative director Jonathan Morin, responded to a fan on Twitter who questioned about the multiplayer feature in the game.

Watch Dogs has a release date in May. The developers had recieved six months of extra development time after a series of previous delays. Ubisoft delayed Watch Dogs just a month before the game was supposed to come out in November 2013, which led to many doubts as to why it was delayed.

Although the game’s trademark was abandoned last month due to fraud, Ubisoft has confirmed that the the game will have it’s trademark successfully restored.
