As confirmed by IGN, The skins cover a wide array of the Dr. Who-niverse's timeline, from the second Doctor to the tenth, along with secondary and supporting characters. If players want cloak your Minecraft avatar in the skin of the fourth Doctor, who many would argue is the "best" doctor, players should purchase from the Volume I. This is just the latest pack released on the Xbox versions of Minecraft.
