It is now down to CYC Attariya and Mahendranagar United to contest for the title of champions in this year's edition of Dhangadhi Premier League 2019. Both teams walk into this match with a win behind their backs and nothing but a win in their sights. While Nepalese internationals have taken the tournament by the scruff of the neck, uncapped players such as Sunny Patel and Kolsawala have also lit up the tournament that has been typified by low scoring thrillers for the entirety of the tournament.

With the Dhangadhi pitch still on the slower side, the first six overs are going to be crucial in determining the outcome of the match and eventually the tournament itself.

Squads to choose from

CYC Attariya

Jaykishan Kolsawala, Aadil Ansari, Bhuban Karki, Dipendra Rawat, Dipendra Singh Airee, Gyanendra Kunwar, Jitendra Singh Thakuri, Kamal Singh Airee, Khagendra Joshi, Prem Tamang, Ramnaresh Giri, Rit Gautam, Shubhendu Pandey, Sundeep Jora, Sunny Patel.

Mahendranagar United

Amar Singh Routela, Avinash Bohora, Deependra Chand, Dilip Nath, Kushal Malla, Md. Arif Sheikh, Mohammad Naveed, Rohit Kumar Paudel, Sagar Dhakal, Santosh Bhatta, Shahab Alam, Sharad Vesawkar, Siddhant Lohani, Sushil Khadka, Subramanian Anand.

Playing XI Updates

CYC Attariya

No changes are expected in the CYC Attariya side who have banked on the exploits of Dipendra Airee and their bowling unit. Airee has lived up to the expectations and propelled them to the final where they will look towards Kolsawala to provide them a good start during the powerplay overs.

Possible XI: Pandey, Kolsawala (WK), Gautam, Airee (C), Patel, Thakuri, Jora, K. Airee, Karki, Giri and Rawat

Mahendranagar United

After a walkover win in the Qualifier 2, Mahendranagar United walk into this match as the underdogs inspite of them winning their previous match against CYC Attariya. Mohammed Naveed, Sagar Dhakal and Avinash Bohara form a fearsome pace attack which could potentially decide the fate of the match. Sharad Vesawkar hasn't come off in the tournament and would be looking to lead from the front in this crucial match.

Possible XI: Nath(WK), Anand, Naveed, Vesawkar (C), Sheikh, Paudel, Lohani, Routela, Dhakal, Bohara and Alam.

Fantasy Tips and Suggestions

Wicket-keeper: Jaykishan Kolsawala has been good for CYC upfront but with the balance of the squad kept in mind, Dilip Nath should get the nod with the MU keeper chipping in a few times this season with crucial cameos.

Batsmen: Jitendra Singh, Aarif Sheikh, and Sundeep Jora are the ideal set of players to have in your team. Sundeep Jora, along with Dipendra Airee is one of CYC Attariya's go-to players and in a game such as the final, a player of his calibre has to be backed.

All-rounders: Dipendra Airee and Sunny Patel have been sensational for CYC Attariya and are must-haves in the side. One of Vesawkar or Lohani should be backed to round off the all-rounders department.

Bowlers: UAE pacer, Mohammed Naveed is a must have in the side with his pinch hitting abilities also being called upon regularly. Along with Naveed, Karki and Rawat are great options to have in the side while Bohara or Dhakal could also be viable selections for the fantasy side.

Captain: Dipendra Airee and Mohammed Naveed are the team's best players and with their all-round skills bound to have a say in the match, they are the ideal players to have as captain.
