After a Kyle Verreynne special on Tuesday, Cape Cobras now play back to back home games with the first game set to be held in Paarl as they take on the table-toppers, Dolphins. The Dolphins have set the standard in the tournament initially with South African internationals, Andile Phehlukwayo and David Miller leading from the front with two clinical performances while the Cobras stole victory from the Knights owing to their keeper, Verreynne and the lower order.

One of the stronger teams in the competition, Dolphins, look set to claim another scalp in the form of the Cobras although the impending return of star batsmen, JP Duminy could have an adverse effect on what promises to be an exciting match in store for us.

Cape Cobras:

After a close win against the Knights, not many changes are expected from the Cobras although their death bowling is still a liability with Mnyaka proving costly. This could force Rory Kleinveldt's inclusion in the side which could even beef up their batting with his explosive ability to clear the ropes.

David Bedingham could make way for JP Duminy if the veteran is deemed fit for the match while Jason Smith and Kyle Verreynne will once again be the go-to players for the Cobras.

Possible XI: J. Malan, P. Malan, Bedingham/Duminy, Smith, Verreynne (WK), Mgijima, Linde, Piedt (C), Paterson, Bokako and Mnyaka/Kleinveldt.

Dolphins:

Barring any abrupt injury concerns, the Dolphins should field the same XI that has propelled them to the top of the table after two rounds. The team is fairly balanced with the presence of premier all-rounders, Phehlukwayo and Muthusamy in the middle order.

Muthusamy was one of the best performers in the previous edition and will be the one to look out for on Friday. In Imran Tahir, they have one of the world's best bowlers in the format and will be key in the crucial middle phase of the match against an in-form, Kyle Verreynne and Jason Smith.

Fantasy Tips and Suggestions:

Wicket-keeper: Dane Vilas and Kyle Verreynne have scored heaving in the initial stages of the competition with 135 and 198 runs to their names respectively. Both of them can be backed to continue their good form and put in another decent performance on Friday.

Batsmen: Youngster, Janneman Malan recently made his South Africa debut against Pakistan and has been in good form over the past twelve months too. He should be one of the first names on the fantasy team sheet along with David Miller and Morne van Wyk.

Last year's highest run-scorer, Pieter Malan (615 runs) is bound to come good in the coming matches while one of Vaughn van Jaarsveld or Khaya Zondo could also be a viable selection for the fantasy team.

All-rounders: Star all-rounders, Andile Phehlukwayo and Robbie Frylinck are must-haves in the team with their death bowling ability coming in handy over the past few matches. Frylinck and Phehlukwayo have also reveled off late in the BPL and against Pakistan respectively, rendering their selections as perfect. Jason Smith is in good form with both bat and ball in the tournament and is also a great pick alongside the Dolphins duo.

Bowlers: Dane Paterson and Dane Piedt are great selections while Imran Tahir and his wrong-uns are sure to play a major role against the Cobras. Tahir has picked up four wickets so far and looks set to add a couple more to his evergrowing tally.

Captain: Janneman Malan and Andile Phehlukwayo are the prime candidates as both the players are in good touch. Janneman Malan hasn't stamped his authority yet and is due for a big score on Friday while Phehlukwayo's all-round abilities call for his selection as captain.
