Playing XI Updates:

South Africa:

After a good performance with the bat, none of the batsmen are prone to change with Reeza Hendricks and Rassie van der Dussen amongst the runs over the series.

Andile Phehlukwayo could make way for Dwaine Pretorius as part of the rotation policy that teams tend to use to find their best combination. Similarly, Imran Tahir could also come in for Chinaman, Tabraiz Shamsi.

Possible XI: de Kock(WK), Amla, Hendricks, Faf(C), Dussen, Miller, Pretorius/Phehlukwayo, Rabada, Steyn, Hendricks and Tahir.

Pakistan:

Pakistan put up a good show with the bat and would be pleased with Imad Wasim's quick fire 43*. He should keep his place for at least one more match.

Fakhar Zaman has failed once again and has scored a mere 53 runs in three innings. He could be swapped for Shan Masood, who had a decent test series prior to the ODI series.

Possible XI: Imam, Zaman/Masood, Azam, Hafeez, Malik, Sarfaraz (C&WK), Wasim, Shadab, Amir, Hasan Ali and Shaheen.

Fantasy Tips and Suggestions:

Wicket-keeper: Quinton de Kock is the ideal choice with his batting position and ability that is much higher than that of Pakistani captain, Sarfaraz Ahmed.

While Sarfaraz Ahmed is also a worth-while option to choose considering the fact that he tends to promote himself at time to good success, de Kock should be the preferred choice.

Batsmen: Faf du Plessis has been relatively quiet this series with only one meaningful stint at the crease, although it was halted midway due to rain.

He should be in your fantasy sides along with the likes of Reeza Hendricks and Babar Azam, who were very good in the previous ODI. Dussen, Malik and Amla are also useful options to go along with.

All-rounders: Imad Wasim proved his worth with a brilliant cameo in the death overs thus solidifying his position in the Pakistan squad.

He should be backed for this ODI considering his knack of taking wickets in the middle overs. Although he hasn't been in the best form in the middle overs, Wasim is the one to pick along with Phehlukwayo.

Bowlers: Kagiso Rabada, Shadab Khan, Hasan Ali and Dale Steyn are the ideal quartet of bowlers to go ahead with. All of them are regularly picking up wickets for their side.

With only 30 wickets out of a possible 60 falling in the series and considering the nature of the Wanderers pitch, the selection of the four guarantees much needed wickets and could prove crucial in deciding the fate of any contest.

Captain: Quinton de Kock and Faf du Plessis are the prime candidates for captain. Both of them are due for a big score and were unfortunate to not go further in the previous ODI due to a mix-up and rain respectively. Babar Azam is also another option with his consistency well known in the 50-over format.
