Sandesh Jhingan - 7

The Kerala Blasters' stalwart was consistent at the back. He was up to the mark in denying the Macanese attack with his strong headers, fierce tackles. Although, he was rarely tested, the future captain displayed a promising game.

Anas Edathodika - 7

Akin to the performance of Sandesh Jhingan, Anas Edathodika also had a good in the office. He was stern in curbing away the Macanese attack, and the robust defender from the southernmost state of Kerala didn't give Macau a chance to make inroads into the India box.

Pritam Kotal - 6

A regular threat for the Macanese defenders from the right flank, Pritam Kotal had managed to display a fine game as he combined well with the Indian midfielders and distributed balls for to the forwards. Halicharan Narzary was in command of Indian midfield. He dictated the game with dazzling passes and agile play.

His cross into the Macanese box got deflected, helping India increase their tally into 3. Halicharan had a good day in the office as India sealed their spot in AFC Cup 2019.

Sunil Chhetri - 8

The skipper had a tremendous day with India. Playing in two different positions, the India captain often went past heavy markings, providing India with the adequate attacking intent required.

He scored with a tap-in as Sunil Chhetri's brilliant assist found Jeje and there were no obstacles that could prevent Jeje from scoring.

Balwant Singh - 8
