Defender Filipe Luis considered Brazil among the favourites to win the tournament
Tite's team is hoping to win their ninth Copa America and to continue with their tradition to lift the trophy when they host the competition.
Brazil have won Copa America in the four previous time the tournament was disputed in the country - 1919, 1922, 1949 and 1989.
However, the team will have to do it without Neymar as the striker will play no part in the 2019 Copa America after injuring his ankle in a friendly international against Qatar in Brasilia.
Neymar has suffered a series of injuries over his career.
He missed the 2014 World Cup semi-final against Germany with a back injury and also fractured a bone in his foot in the months leading up to the 2018 World Cup.
