The Indian team started practising for the SAFF Cup 2013 on Saturday at the Bengaluru Football Stadium.

After losing 0-3 in the friendly match against Tajikistan, the Indian team started training ahead of next months SAFF cup opener against arch-rival Pakistan. Right-back Denzil Franco and goal-keeper Sandip Nandy did not train with the rest of the squad as they seemed to be carrying a knock. Both the players spent time with the team physio. The only new addition to the squad, N.Mohanraj, attended practice for the first time. Subrata Paul and Syed Rahim Nabi, who did not go to Tajikistan, too joined the camp.

The training started with fitness training and passing practice. Later, the coach divided the squad into two teams in order to play practice game among themselves. The Entire practice session lasted for ninety minutes.

This camp is the only practice, which the team gets ahead of SAFF Cup starting next month.
