TATA Football Academy and MS Kalighat along with Three Star Club of Nepal enter the semifinals of the prestigious 34th All India Governor’s Gold cup ongoing at Sikkim, India.
TATA Football Academy defeated Mumbai Tigers 5 – 4 in tie-breaker to enter the semifinal of the Gold Cup while Three Star Club of Nepal defeated Sikkim United FC 2 – 0 to enter the last four of the championship. In the last quarterfinal, MS Kalighat defeated Nepal U16 team 1 – 0 to grab the last semifinal spot.
TATA Football Academy will meet Three Star Club of Nepal in Semifinal while MS Kalighat will face Manang Marshyangdi Club in the second semifinal of the championship.
The semifinals will be played on 20 and 21 November 2013. The semifinals are rescheduled due to the friendly match between Nepal and India on 19 November 2013 at Silguri.
