Avilash Paul (7/10) - The Reds' custodian had a busy day between the sticks having to deal with the potent attacking threat of the Mohun Bagan side.

R. Laldinliana (6.5/10) - The left-back for the away side Laldinliana was on his toes throughout the game as he had to deal with the threat of Arijit Bagui and Nikhil Kadam on the flanks.

Masih Saighani (7.5/10) - The Afghani Aizawl centre-back was a solid presence in the defence as Mohun Bagan continued to probe the away side's defence with crosses as well as through-balls. Saighani put in a lot of clearances and interceptions keeping the Bagan attack at bay. He was unlucky to have conceded the own goal as he put the ball into his own net after Ricky's cross into the box.

Kareem Nurain (7/10) - Saighani's partner in defence, Kareem Nurain was also strong in the defence and kept the Bagan attack in check with his strong tackles and physical presence.

Lalram Hmunmawia (6.5/10) - The right-back Hmunmawia had a poor afternoon in the defence as he was caught napping on multiple occasions as he struggled to deal with the pressure by Mohun Bagan.

Andrei Ionescu (6.5/10) - The Romanian midfielder was the source for the few chances that were created by the away side. Ionescu did well defensively as well with the barrage of pressure from the Bagan midfielders.

Shylo Malsawmtluanga (6.5/10) - Mama, as he is popularly called, was in the thick of things as he was involved in a goal-line clearance in the first half of the match. He created a couple of chances at the other end as well for the Reds.

Alfred Jaryan (6/10) - The defensive midfielder for the Northeast Indian side had a busy afternoon with the task of keeping the duo of Watson and Fernandes in check.

Khawlhring Lalthathanga (6/10) - Lalthathanga, the pacey winger on the left flank made good runs on the counter for the Aizawl side and even had efforts on the Bagan goal but failed to convert any of them.

Leonce Dodoz (7/10) - The Ivorian striker Leonce Dodoz played the point man for Aizawl FC as they attempted to catch the home side on the counter. Dodoz had a couple of shots at goal from long distance but Shilton Paul kept them at bay.

William Lalnunfuela (6.5/10) - He a quiet afternoon with just a couple of chances at the Mohun Bagan goal. William was the go-to set-piece taker for the away side and managed to put in good deliveries for his attackers.

Substitutes:

Rocchar Zela (5/10) - The midfielder was put in to inject some space in the Aizawl attack but he struggled to get going and had very few attacking moves into the Bagan box.

Yugo Kobayashi (4.5/10) - Menezes put on the Japanese midfielder on for the final 15 minutes to create an impact on the game. Kobayashi did not have enough time on his hands to have any positive effect for the Reds on the pitch.

Hmingthan Mawia (4/10) - Mawia replaced Mama in the midfield for the Aizawl side for the final quarter hour of play but did not have any sizeable impact on the match in that short tie.
