The boxing day match between Indian Arrows FC and Shillong Lajong FC was a memorable one for Arrows player Nongdamba Naorem. The midfielder is currently on loan to the Arrows from Minerva Punjab FC. With this goal, he helped the Arrows clinch a win over Shillong Lajong, doubling their lead in the 86th minute. Arrows ended up winning the game 3-0, as Jitendra opened the scoring in the 19th minute and Rahul KP bagged the third goal in stoppage time.Naorem's goal is already being labelled as the goal of the season by fans and pundits alike.
