Author's take

It is indeed disheartening to see that a top Indian club like Mohun Bagan is going through such turmoil. It is not just the players and the club that is being affected by the recent happenings. The club also boasts of a large and passionate fan base, who are also left in the lurch about the ongoings within the club that they support.
