India Football Tour, in their quest to find the best amateur 5-a-side football teams, have landed at FLAME University for the seventh edition of their annual inter-collegiate festival being held from 9th-13th March, 2016.
Presented by Embassy Group, FLAME Kurukshetra 2016 is an inter-collegiate fest in Pune having a wide range of events in sports, culture and management. India Football Tour is going to connect with the young minds to understand their take on sports in India.
FLAME University has incredible sports infrastructure, such as its international standard cricket ground, football ground, performing arts studio, sculpture studio and outdoor swimming pool, to name just a few. One of the most important aspects of the festival is to urge students to come out and use these facilities to the fullest.
The 2016 Football Tournament, for men and women, is one of FLAME Kurukshetra’s flagship events with total prize money of Rs 48,000. With over 40 teams registered for this year, the Football Tournament is set to be one of the biggest ones yet.
India Football Tour will be there to show students what the road to 5-a-side Football World Cup looks like. Teams can register for the Pune Edition which is to be held on 26th March 2016.
The IFT bandwagon is all set to enjoy the mind-blowing musical performances by groups like Voctronica and Daira on 13th of March (Gates open at 6:30pm),powered by MTV and supported by VH1.
