Amrinder Singh was brave between the sticks for Mumbai City FC

Amrinder Singh (7/10) - The Indian international keeper was brave between the sticks and produced a great save in the first half. He was beaten between his legs when Bipin Singh got his shot through but was confident for the most part of the match.

Raju Gaikwad (6/10) - The Mumbai lad played on the defensive flank for the visitors moving to his favored left after starting as a right back. His shot in the first half struck the crossbar as he did well up and down the flank.

Marcio Rozario (7/10) - The defender scored his first goal of the season when he curled in a freekick into the top corner of the ATK goal as Poirei was unable to contain it. He was strong in the box and made a lot of headed clearances for the visitors.

Gerson Vieira (6/10) - The Mumbai skipper played in central defense, in the continued absence of Lucian Goian. He led the side well from the back organizing the defence well and making crucial tackles and clearances.

Sahil Tavora (6/10) - The winger played in the fullback role on both the sides, shifting to right back after starting on the left flank. He made a lot of runs on the flank and combined well with the attackers up ahead.

Sehnaj Singh (5/10) - The hard-tackling midfielder played the first defensive cover for the Mumbai defenders. He was booked in the first half for a rash tackle on Jayesh Rane.

Zakeer Mundampara (5/10) - The youngster played in the central midfield and did well to facilitate the ball movement and had an underrated role for the Mumbai side.

Sanju Pradhan (6/10) - The former DSK Shivajians man played on the flanks of the Mumbaikars and combined well with his fellow midfielders. He provided the assist for the second goal from Mumbai when his cross into the box was headed into the net by Rafa Jorda.

Achille Emana (7/10) - The Cameroonian was the driving force in the midfield for the Islanders as he played all across the midfield using his frame to his advantage. He kept looking for gaps in the ATK defense and played a lot of through-balls for the attackers ahead of him.

Everton Santos (6/10) - The Brazilian attacker did well on the left side of the attack and kept moving across the box making good runs behind the ATK defense.

Rafa Jorda (7/10) - The lanky Spanish striker was chosen ahead of Mumbai's top scorer Balwant Singh in attack as Guimaraes tweaked the lineup. Jorda paid the faith of the coach as he grabbed a headed goal in the second half to regain the lead.

Substitutes:

Mehrajudin Waddo (4/10) - The former Chennaiyin FC man was put on by Guimaraes after Mumbai's goal in a bid to protect the lead.

Balwant Singh (4/10) - The surprising absentee from the Islanders' lineup made an appearance off the bench replacing Sanju Pradhan.

Lucian Goian (3/10) - The defender was brought on for the final minutes as Mumbai looked to secure the lead and the three points.
