4. Ranti Martins
One of the most prolific players to ever play in the I League, Ranti Martins might be all set for a return to India to play in the ISL. Ranti Martins in his time was one of the best strikers in the I-League and won two National Football League, three I-League, and one Federation Cup titles with Dempo SC. He also played a couple seasons for East Bengal FC.
Martins is currently playing for the Eagles Maryland in the American Soccer League in the second tier of US football. He has been approached by North East United FC. NEUFC have been woeful in front of goal and could use a player like Martins to revive their season.
