The 21 year old is already being named as the "Bhutanese Ronaldo" by many I League fans. Chencho Gyeltshen is the best Bhutanese player who plays in the I League - he plays for Minerva Punjab FC. He is affectionately nicknamed "CG7" because of his style of play. Chencho is a potential star and ISL clubs such as North East United and Delhi Dynamos, who have been struggling to score goals, could use his services.

Chencho has also played for the Bhutanese national team. He made his debut in 2011 and has gone to play for Bhutan 28 times, scoring 10 goals in the process. Chencho's mesmerising playmaking is one of the reasons why Minerva are at third position. It wont be surprising if an ISL club comes knocking at Minerva's doors pretty soon.
