FC Goa has conceded the most goals (17 in 13 matches) of any top six sides currently but for a change, this season, they have a goalkeeper between the sticks whom they can trust in completely.

Md Nawaz kept his fourth clean sheet of the season, second in back-to-back matches as the teenager was successful in keeping another shut-out at the back for his side.

The 19-year old came through the Goa academy as the Gaurs didn't have to spend a penny to fix their problems at the back.

Nawaz just missed out on making it to the Indian U-17 squad for the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup but has shown his credentials as he can be an able back-up and a potential successor for Gurpreet Singh Sandhu and Amrinder Singh in the national team.
