Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp claimed on Thursday to be "very positive" about VAR introduction in the Premier League, as his team continued their preparation on the eve of the first match of the season against Norwich City.
The Video Assistant Referees will be used for the first time in the Premier League history on Friday at Anfield.
"It looks really interesting and it looks safe, as much as you can be safe when human beings are involved" Klopp said in a press conference.
I've followed it now for two years in Germany, it was not the easiest start, I would say, but now it has kind of settled and now you have discussions about other things after the game, but you still have the discussions about decisions obviously. That's how it is. So football will not miss anything" the Liverpool manager added.
