Egypt trained on Monday at the Military Academy Stadium in preparation for the match against DR Congo on Wednesday - against the backdrop of a social media scandal involving some of the team.
A few hours after Egypt beat Zimbabwe in their opening game, Egyptian model, Meryhan, accused four of the players, including Amr Warda, of harrassing her after photos were posted on the Instagram website.
A few hours after the incident, Amr Warda decided to close his official account on Instagram.
It remains unclear if any action will be taken against the players involved.
