Mohun Bagan take Salt Lake IB Park ground on rent for Under-20 side

Kolkata giants Mohun Bagan AC have taken the Salt Lake IB-Block Park ground on rent for training purposes of their Under-20 developmental side.

The new Under-20 Mohun Bagan side will be made up of the best players from the Under-19 teams of the clubs two academies in Durgapur and Jalpaiguri along with other local talented players who fall into this age category. The aim of this new U-20 side will be to participate in the Under-20 I-League.

The aim of the Under-20 Mohun Bagan side will be to give promising players training and exposure and those who show good performances will be taken into consideration for induction into the senior Mohun Bagan squad.

Also, the senior Mohun Bagan squad will train in the IB-Block Park ground in the month of October, when due to army rules the Kolkata Maidan is closed for 15 days.
