After four impressive back-to-back victories, DSK Shivajians are on a roll and geared up to play an away match against Mumbai's PIFA Sports. The match will be held at the Cooperage Stadium in Mumbai on Friday, January 9 at 5:15pm. DSK Shivajian’s last win came against Kenkre FC as they fought back to a 4-1 victory, which took their goal tally to 16 goals in four games.
Dave Rogers, Head Coach of Liverpool International Football Academy – DSK Shivajians, said,
"The last time we played against PIFA, the match ended as a comfortable victory for us at home. However, this time around, things will be a bit different as it will be an away match for us. They have a good support at home, which should result in a lively atmosphere. A tougher test lies ahead for us as they will step on to the pitch with a point to prove."
"Having said that, our players have been training well and will aim to maintain our 100% win record in the tournament. They have progressed throughout the tournament and hopefully, this match will be another stepping stone for them."
