Brazilian teenager Rodrygo Goes was officially presented as a Real Madrid player on Tuesday after his move from Santos in a ceremony at Madrid's Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.
The 18-year-old forward, who was accompanied by his parents and his sister, was introduced by Real president Florentino Perez.
"He has dreamt about this moment while growing up with a ball. He has hoped he'd hear these words ever since he was a kid, and that dream comes true here and now: today, we welcome Rodrygo Goes as a new Real Madrid player" said Perez.
"Thanks to all Real Madrid fans for all the affection. I hope I'll bring you a lot of joy. Hala Madrid!" added the young forward, who signed a contract until 2025 with the Spanish giants.
