Salgaocar's Rocus Lamare replaces injured Arata in 21-member India squad

Pune FC’s India International Izumi Arata has pulled his left hamstring in a round nine I-League clash against Bengaluru FC on Wednesday, November 6 and he will be out for the two international friendlies against the Philippines and Nepal on November 15 and 19 respectively.

Arata will be replaced by seasoned Salgaocar FC midfielder Rocus Lamare, who returns to the Indian team after a while having already played nine times for Team India.

Meanwhile the Indian Senior National Team will be practicing at the Sesa Football Academy in Goa with the players set to assembling in Goa later today.
