TAL Bangalore Crystal Ball: Gameweek 6 Division 4

Dragons AFC will be looking to make it a hat-trick of wins when they go up against Can-a-bees this week.

TAL returns after a short break for Easter and we’ll see out the final 6 gameweeks played out back to back. With the matches coming in thick and fast we expect a lot of movement in the table.

7:30 AM – Brothers United v United 4th Phase FC

The opening match of GW 6 has Brothers United taking on United 4th Phase FC. Brothers United need to get back to winning ways and now is the time to do so, especially if they are to challenge for a promotion spot. United 4th have lost their way a bit, but a convincing win in GW 5 saw them move up the table.

Altamesh Chaudhary has been in ripe form and racked up 7 goals in 5 games. The top 5 goalscorers also features a Brothers’ player in Alok Kumar who has 5 goals in 4 games. United 4th do go in as slight favourites but Brothers have all the quality in them to prove us otherwise.

Crystal Ball: Brothers Untied 1–2 United 4th Phase FC

8:45 AM – Dragons AFC v Can-a-bees FC

The second game of the day has in-form Dragons AFC taking on Can-a-bees FC. A change between the posts for Dragons has seen Danny Khumlo keep two clean sheets and see his side to back-to-back victories. Dragons currently sit in 6th and will be rearing to enter the fight for a promotion spot.

Can-a-bees’ season has been on a slide since their opening gameweek win over Brothers, which seems a distant memory now. Dragons have been the surprise package of the season and a win here could see them enter the top three in GW 6.

Crystal Ball: Dragons AFC 2–1 Can-a-bees FC

10:00 AM – Rangers FC v Pegasus FC

The third game of the day has the bottom two sides squaring off against each other when Rangers take on Pegasus. Rangers have had a horrendous season, especially given the talent they posses and are yet to pick up a win.

Pegasus are also in a similar boat but their performances have been promising over the past few weeks. Both sides desperately need a win to make sure they have a chance at getting out of the red zone. Expect an open game with goals flowing in at regular intervals.

11:15 AM – Simba Sports FC v Tornadoes FC

We have an exciting match next when league leaders Simba Sports take on Tornadoes FC. Simba have been unstoppable and have scored a ridiculous 25 goals in 5 games. Tornadoes have been on the up since losing their first two games and now have won three on the trot.

Both teams have lethal strikers and their defences are good, which means it will come down to the game day strategy employed by each of their managers. Simba do go into this game as favourites but Tornadoes look primed to cause an upset, which will shake up things at the top.

Crystal Ball: Simba Sports FC 3–2 Tornadoes FC

12:30 PM – Royal Eagles FC v The Aces

The fifth game of the day has Royal Eagles taking on The Aces. Royal Eagles have had a dip in form and currently find themselves in the bottom half of the table after an inspired start to the season.

Aces are also in a similar position and currently reside in 9th in the table. Aces won their last game against Pegasus and will be looking to build on that form but Royal Eagles go into this as favourites. We don’t expect too many goals to pour in but an interesting battle nonetheless.

Crystal Ball: Royal Eagles FC 1–0 The Aces

2:00 PM – Bangalore City FC B v Kammanhattan All Stars

The best is saved for the last and we wrap up things with the headliner of the day, which features two title-chasing teams in BCFC B and Kammanhattan All Stars. BCFC B are yet to drop points and only trail Simba Sports on gaol difference at the top while Kammanhattan’s three-game win streak came to an end last week, when they lost to Simba.

A win for Kammanhattan here would seal their status as one of the elite teams in the division while a loss will certainly put an end to their title chase. Papi Keita has been in top form for BCFC having score 11 goals in 5 games and we expect him to strike first,

Crystal Ball: Bangalore City FC B 2–2 Kammanhattan All Stars
