We kick off with defender Gouramangi Singh, who is currently contracted with IMG-Reliance. The 28-year-old centre-back from Manipur is one of the most capped players for India at international level, having made 72 appearances and scored six goals.

Gouramangi won the AIFF Player of the Year award in 2010 and has had trials at Australia’s Melbourne Heart and Denmark’s FC Vestsjaelland.

“Whatever I am today is because of football so I would be happy to give something back to the game,” he said during this one-on-one chat with Anglian Football.
